Return & Refund Policy

Online Purchases Returns Policy
We offer a refund for purchases returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Purchases returned after this but within 28 days will receive an exchange or credit.

Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of The Man’s Shop Ltd and may only be issued as a credit against a future purchase.

The product must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  If we suspect that a product has been used or smell of smoke or any other odour, it is our policy to return the goods to the purchaser.
For reasons of health & hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of underwear once the original packaging has been opened.
We do not issue refunds on gift card purchases.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

The customer is responsible for paying postage unless the items are faulty.  Please retain a proof of postage until your refund has been processed. To be sure the items arrive back to us, you should use a tracking service.

If you have purchased an item online you can return it via An Post or through a parcel/courier service.  Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and send to:

Return in-store


Any item purchased online can be returned to our store.   You must have your dispatch note.  Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return to our till point in-store. Please note, we will refund you the same method as original payment through our online system.  Refunds will not be issued in-store.
